Cut avocado in half, remove seed, transfer flesh in a mixing bowl and mash
Crumble MAGGI Seasoning into a separate bowl and make sure it is powdery with no lumps.
Add MAGGI Seasoning black pepper, and garlic powder to the avocado
Add chopped coriander and lemon juice
Mix to combine
