  • Step1

    10 Min
    Clean and cut vegetable into chunk: cassava, plantain, garden eggs and okro. Keep aside. Clean chicken and cut into pieces.

    15 Min
    Place the whole onion, pepper, tomatoes garlic, roughly cut red bell pepper, smoked chicken in a pot with hot water. Cover and bring to boil at a reduced heat to simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are soft.

    10 Min
    Remove vegetable and blend. Add the blended vegetables to the soup. Add 2 MAGGI Chicken and bring to boil. Dilute the peanut paste with warm water and mix to obtain light consistence.

    30 Min
    Pour the peanut to the soup and simmer for 20 minutes until oil rises to the surface of the soup. Add the vegetable chunks: cassava, plantain, garden eggs, okro. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Peanut soup can be served with starchy staple side dish: pounded cassava, yam, plantain, or rice.
