    Clean and slice the vegetables: leek and carrot into round shapes

    Cook the pasta in hot water for 5 minutes and put aside

    Blend tomatoes, ginger, garlic, onion, spoon of Black pepper (Shito) and MAGGI Shrimp. Heat up a pan and add the blended vegetables and stir fry. Add curry spice and bring to simmer for 10 minutes.

    Add the water, carrot, leek, shrimp powder, MAGGI DƐDƐƐDƐ and cook for 30 minutes. Add shell pasta, sliced spinach and let it simmer for 5 minutes
