    Pour the washed Bambara beans in deep saucepan, add water to the brim and boil for 1hour, 30 minutes refilling the water continuously till almost soft.

    Add the diced onion, crayfish powder, chili flakes & powder, herrings and MAGGI shrimp tablet. Stir to mix evenly

    Let simmer for 20 minutes or until beans is soft. Kualugru (Bambara beans) ready to serve, best served with fried plantain
