Boil the eggs hard, peel and chop them. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and white skins and cut them into small cubes.
For the avocado dressing: Halve the avocado, remove the core and peel. Puree with the juice of a lime, Maggi seasoning, honey and water with a hand blender. Season with pepper. Mix the eggs and bell pepper with the avocado dressing.
Serve on strong rye bread.
