Wash and roughly blend tomatoes, 1 onion, fresh pepper and red bell pepper. Set aside
Slice remaining onions. Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onion, ginger, garlic, curry and thyme and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the blended vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add 2 MAGGI Chicken and water to stew base and allow to boil. Add the prawns and spaghetti, stir and allow to cook on low heat for 7 minutes, while stirring at regular intervals. Add zucchini and carrot, steam for a while and serve hot.
