  • Step1

    20 Min
    Blend shallots, garlic, ginger and grains of paradise into a smooth mixture and set aside. Pour the beef into a saucepan, add the blended mixture, dried thyme, MAGGI d3d33d3 tablet, stir and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Step2

    10 Min
    Mix the groundnut paste with tomato paste, water and mix into a smooth mixture, place on medium heat and cook until done for 5 minutes. Add water to the simmering beef then add the cooked groundnut mixture and stir.

    10 Min
    Allow to simmer for 10 minutes then add the shuure leaves, dawadawa, MAGGI d3d33d3 tablet. Stir and let simmer for 3 minutes then add scotch bonnet pepper. Bitto ready to serve.
